WEST POINT — Brandon Hulsey of West Point Junior High School recently captured the Davis District Wrestling Championship at the 110-pound weight class. In doing so, Hulsey was also named Most Outstanding Wrestler for the lower weights. Hulsey finished the 2008 season undefeated.
