Salazar wins Reno Tournament.

Wasatch High placed second at the prestigious Reno Tournament of Champions last week and Wasp senior Jake Salazar won the title at 152 pounds. Easton High of Pennsylvania topped Wasatch for the team crown.

Lehi's Dylan Stadel also won an individual championship, at 285 pounds.

Wasatch's Garrett Gleave (189) placed second, Ethan Smith (160) placed third and Cole Shafer (171) and Sean Sullivan (215) also placed third.

Also, Springville's Hayden Peterson (135) was sixth and Brighton's Jaes Jones (130) was seventh.

In the college tournament, UVSC's Ben Kjar placed fourth at 125 pounds.
