Nation's Top Prep Wrestling Teams
Wasatch has the
10th-best high school wrestling team in the nation,
according to USA Today's latest rankings. The
top-ranked team is Blair Academy of Blairstown, N.J.
Largely responsible
for the Wasps' ranking is the Heber City school's No. 1
finish at the Reno Tournament of Champions last month in
Nevada.
Cyler Sanderson
finished first in his weight class in the tournament, and
is 35-0. Other standouts for the Wasps include Casey Smith
(103 pounds), Cody Sweat (140), Peter Rose (145), Colton
Salazar (152) and Dallin Norton (275).
